Warrington Kitchen Transformation

Project Overview

Marie wanted her Warrington kitchen to feel lighter and more modern without replacing the cabinetry she already liked. By updating the worktops only, we were able to brighten the space, highlight the deep blue units and refresh the utility area in one coordinated installation.

What We Changed

We replaced the original black laminate worktops with new White Sparkle quartz overlays, running seamlessly along the main sink wall, around the central island and into the adjoining utility room. The slim quartz surfaces were fitted directly over existing worktops — no messy rip‑outs — for less disruption and a quicker install. An under-mount sink was set into the new run beneath the garden-facing window, giving a clean, uninterrupted work surface that contrasts neatly with the deep blue kitchen cabinets and complements the soft grey storage in the utility space.

The Result

The new White Sparkle surfaces bounce natural light around the room, softening the look of the dark cabinetry and making the whole kitchen feel more open. The island now reads as a clean, bright centrepiece, while the matching utility worktop ties the two spaces together for a more cohesive feel. Overall, Marie has gained a smarter, more contemporary kitchen and utility with minimal disruption to her home.
