Worcester Kitchen Transformation

Project Overview

Pauline wanted her Worcester kitchen to feel softer and more inviting, while keeping the existing layout she was happy with. By updating the doors and worktops together, we were able to create a modern country look that works beautifully with her cream walls and tiled floor. The gentle green tones and light-reflecting worktops make the room feel calmer, brighter and more cohesive.

What We Changed

We replaced Pauline’s previous cream shaker doors with new Cologne-style doors in Meadow Green Matt, giving the kitchen a fresh, muted green finish that feels both modern and timeless. The new doors were made-to-measure to fit her existing cabinets for a neat, tailored look, including tall housings and glass display wall units around the storage area.

A new run of White Sparkle quartz overlay worktops was installed across the sink and cooking zones, fitted directly over existing worktops — no messy rip‑outs — for less disruption and a quicker install. The subtle sparkle in the surface helps to bounce light around the room and provides a crisp contrast to the black range cooker and splashback.

The finished kitchen now feels calm and coordinated, with the Meadow Green Matt doors running seamlessly along the sink and cooking areas and framing the tall storage wall. The White Sparkle surfaces provide a bright, durable preparation space that works well with Pauline’s existing flooring and appliances, while the updated cabinetry lines and glass display units introduce a more contemporary, considered feel without the cost or disruption of a full refit.
