Following recent news reports about some quartz worktops, we want to make one thing clear:
Our quartz overlay worktops are 100% silica-free.
Quartzize has invested millions into silica-free quartz overlay production, using water-suppressed cutting machinery and controlled factory conditions.
When the weather turns and days feel a little longer, a friendly room, a hot drink and a chat can make all the difference. That’s exactly what the Warm Hub at Memorial Hall, Skewen Park is for—somewhere welcoming to spend a few hours, meet new people, pick up a craft, or simply sit and be comfortable.
Joe’s Doors is proud to support the Warm Hub through our Good Joe’s programme, helping Coedffranc Town Council keep the lights on, the kettle boiling and the doors open every Wednesday, 12–4. It’s free to drop in, dog-friendly, and there’s always someone to say hello.
Expect warm drinks and snacks, a table for board games and puzzles, a corner for books and crochet, and plenty of friendly faces. Come for ten minutes or stay the afternoon—there’s no pressure and no booking required.
“It’s become the highlight of my week—good company, a cuppa and no fuss,” says one regular.
If you’d like to help, the team welcomes volunteers and small donations such as biscuits, games or craft supplies. Pop in, bring a friend, and make yourself at home.
