Joe’s Doors specialises in quartz overlay worktops and kitchen makeovers. We’re growing our installation team and looking for experienced, reliable self-employed fitters who take pride in their work.
The main focus is fitting our quartz overlay worktop system. You’ll also carry out the wider kitchen-makeover work, including replacement doors, drawer fronts and finishing touches. It’s a role for someone who cares about the complete result.
What you’ll be doing
- Install our quartz overlay system, following full training in our products and fitting process.
- Fit replacement kitchen doors, drawer fronts and other makeover components.
- Work carefully in customers’ homes and deliver a tidy, high-quality finish.
- Bring a reliable, professional approach to each installation.

New to quartz overlays? That’s fine.
You don’t need previous experience fitting our quartz overlay system. We’ll provide full training on the products and fitting process. What we need from you is proven fitting experience, care in your workmanship and the right attitude.

Do I need quartz overlay experience?
No. You should already have kitchen-fitting or solid-surface installation experience, but we provide full training on our quartz overlay system and fitting process.
Is the role only worktop installation?
No. Quartz overlay worktops are the main focus, but the role also includes replacement kitchen doors, drawer fronts and the other fitting work involved in a kitchen makeover.
Is this an employed role?
No. This is a self-employed installation opportunity. You’ll need your own tools and transport.
What does the earnings figure mean?
Experienced installers have the potential to earn £85,000–£100,000 per annum based on regular installation work. It is not a guaranteed salary or workload: actual earnings depend on workload, availability and the installations you complete.
